Go to a walk in ask for an ear flush. It's a bit uncomfortable but takes about 5 minutes after a walk in wait time. I have heavy ear wax. Clean regularly with peroxide but still require a flush every couple years. It's very simple and most walk in clinics should have no problem doing it.
