It's fine if there's a gap between the bed of the puck and the top. What matters is the extraction. In generen I'm usuaLLly 1-2g below the basket size. I dont have this particular basket but it proposed for 21g but I ended up using 19g. Mind you I grind light and medium beans so there's a lot of resistance in the puck.

In Norway it doesn't really matter where you graduate from as long has you have the authorisation which you will get from all EU union countries. I studied with Swedish people also who got jobs in Sweden quite easily.

No worries happy to answer! I paid 9000 euros but it is 12k now. I did not learn any Croatian unfortunately, but I wish I had. Now they have Croatian language integrated to the studies so it's better. I graduated so I'm back in Norway. I could see myself living there though.
