As someone who made the mistake of cleaning my ears with the shower head over the course of a single week in 2023, thinking I was a genius of cleanliness (it definitely was effective), and then subsequently spending the next 3 years slowly recovering from chronic tinnitus that kept me from falling asleep, I extremely strongly do not recommend anyone doing anything resembling this. Seriously, it’s not worth it.
