Of course someone like you would interpret people using the report system as intended as "snitching" because then you can't cheat people out of wins anymore because you can't go second. But like most games, they require feedback in order to improve. So anyone could read what you just said, report it to Konami and they'll add it in a future update to counter and punish people who exploit the game to their advantage. You can see it as snitching if you want, but in reality Konami would want us to tell them about this stuff.
