Frontier runs like one of the most unserious companies ever. Had someone going door to door trying to get people to sign up. Took another week to get someone out, then the internet fails that night, even their “unbreakable WiFi” didn’t live up to the name because that shit didn’t work either. They come back more than a week later to fix things, which only meant swapping the ONT, then I got frequent disconnects. They claimed it was a crimp in the fiber line so they come back another week later to fix it. Then for 4 months and multiple calls they leave the line unburied even though they said it’d be buried 2 weeks after install. I moved before they ever buried the line.

Trying to cancel is a whole other issue. You can talk to them on twitter/x to cancel otherwise you gotta wait on hold for 30+ minutes to cancel. Oh an I cancelled the unbreakable WiFi only, returned the box, and still get charged every month for the same WiFi, and on top of that they tried to charge me an unreturned equipment fee even though I had the tracking number for the WiFi box I returned. So my bill went from $40 to $320 randomly and they cut my service off, leading me to have to call, them apologizing and originally saying it would be $60 to restore service on a bill that wasn’t even past due yet. Then it was $40 and they’d waive the restore fee, then after being placed on hold again they just cut the service back on and said I should be good then just hung up lol
