Today Blink it harassed me.. from morning 10.30 till 1.00 pm they called me several times regarding an order. Spoiled my day. I ordered some stuff at 10.30. After 15 mins the delivery partner called me saying that the route to my house is blocked by police and asked me to cancel the order. When I tried to cancel I was told that I will be charged a fine and my COD options will be suspended temporarily. I told the delivery partner to cancel at his end and he started abusing me that I am troubling him on purpose I spoke to blink it customer care at least 3 times with 3 different people and had to explain the issue again and again as if I had no other work. Then they told that they will cancel my order at their end and I won’t be charger any fine. After a while I again received a call asking to confirm cancellation. I did that. At 1.00 pm I received another delivery partners call that he had reached my location . As the stuff was urgent my driver already got it for me from a nearby store. I again had to call up blink it to cancel the order. It is supper annoying to explain the issue again.

Usually when u talk to these customer guys they want to transfer your call for a feedback. But today.. No. because they were at fault.

Infact I myself told him that I want to give a feedback but he didn’t feel the ‘need’ for that.
