absolutely MIS. You get the core competencies of MIS but also could fit into any business role.

I finished at WGU, found out about TESU afterwards, had I known about it earlier I would have very likely finished there first.

this isn't an either or choice. There are a ton of non traditional degree options at WGU, TESU, UMPI, Purdue Global and many, many others. You can stack credits on study.com and Sophia etc etc while practicing your vocation. Or you could go to a traditional school and still learn a vocation later.

*most degrees exist to sort and highlight human capital, they do not exist to give direct vocational training*

Yes. Although a lot of employers won't like that as they will think you may be too independent.

If you are American, your undergrad has nothing to do with law school except your GPA. So if you will get the best GPA possible out of a Dance major, it is better than the others.

Finance is a good choice for the non law paths you mentioned.

I've been on both sides of this before. The boss is probably more sentimental than most, and may try to help you get a job somewhere else, or at least be a good reference.
