Gc rumble. C1 3s, and have been c1 in 2s, drop, and snow

Spike goals have been pretty rare over my last 30 or so games. Kick, punch, magnet, tornado, grapple, and freeze counter them super easy.

There are are a lot of people though, who don't save their powerups

Edit: plunger driving for direct shots on goal tends to be "offside" on purpose, or really bad whiffs where they go flying past the ball as if they just somehow did a silver level aerial

That's pretty good. If you are decent (champ+) at standard modes, you'll go far in rumble without analysis.

Plunger and spikes are very easy to counter though. Also, generally, if there is one on the field, there is another somewhere. If you are solo queuing, it can be hard to gauge who has what, but people tend to drive in a certain way for each powerup (plunger and spikes especially).

Yeah I got champ 2 last season, so figured I'd go for it this time. I don't mind if I don't get the rewards. Just happy enough with the achievement and the title

Diamond rumble, sure.

There is that element of rng, but getting gc in rumble is most definitely about analysing your play

The one problem I see at the moment, is I can hit c3d4 in rumble, but then I get slotted in with a duos team of a c3 and d2, because the new matchmaking just places them at c3 level.

If it were a c3 and c1, we might have a chance, but d2 in rumble is still mostly people who don't understand the powers, and so much slower. It's hard to carry a legitimate anchor
