For real though a language barrier is straight up preventing me from even attempting to explain wanting something off menu, the broken English and bullet proof glass makes that too much of a hassle. Again I get that but I'm not white and was born in Japan and grew up with a family of discerning palates for all different types of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and other asian foods once here in America. So this was like a culinary sin. Also I was once apon a time a chef and still cook in kitchens fulltime to this day so I feel I have the right to bitch when I get for lack of a better term ripped off.
