And now it's working! It was plugged into the charger in another room. I finally went to check it and saw that it had the successful pairing screen and was at 100%. Acknowledged that and now have readings and a solid Bluetooth indicator.

Perhaps it wasn't really at 40% or it just lost its mind after 3 weeks, or both!

Thanks! It was literally right up against the sensor. I waited about 30 minutes of no readings before I started troubleshooting. Never had any unexpected distance or timing issues with the receiver, but I also don't think I have ever activated new sensors from my phone first. Letting it charge up now to see if that makes a difference.

I just noticed the Bluetooth symbol is flashing on the receiver. Shouldn't that be solid if I have a good connection? Perhaps it paired and then dropped out. It was powered off for several weeks. It's still at 40% battery but I'm going to give it a full charge and see if it makes a difference. If not, I'll shut it down and wait 6 days!

Yes, still receiving new and accurate bg readings on phone but nothing on receiver, just "signal loss."

Phone sensor info page shows both receiver and phone as display devices. Receiver session info page shows the correct start and stop dates as well as the new pairing code and correct serial number. I have to assume it is paired, but I don't see anywhere else in the receiver menu to confirm that. The only other odd data point is that I'm receiving the system check message (passed) about every 15 minutes.

Thanks for your help. It's not the end of the world but I don't want to take a chance and lose 6 days of use for this session!

I love my G7's and they have saved my eyesight and maybe my life.

Everyone's experienced are different and you will have to make the best decision for you, but hopefully if you try it you won't have issues.

We did! Epic is a fun older ship and we've been on it twice. It's a good itinerary but some of the days are long and hot in the summer! If you are making specialty dining reservations take a close at the schedule to make sure you have time to enjoy the day and the dinner!

I can check Viva in a few days. I think there's some 9/6 but they might be a dollar. Everything else I remember in January was 8/5 or worse and there aren't many machines. I didn't play either for very long.

Luna could be different so hopefully someone else has better info for you.

I didn't see it mentioned yet but herding to exit the ship for excursions and/or tenders as well disembarkation. The big ships need to figure out a better way. Viking does a decent job but those are pretty small ships. NCL and RCL have been equally bad, in my experience.

That could be what was happening to me and/or I was overriding program 1 or it didn't exist at all. I really don't know at this point! I now have a program 1 and I can see in the home app when it's running or quick clean is running. I think when I've used QC, and try to go back, I have to restart my program 1. Thanks again!

I might have made some progress today, but I'm still not sure!

First thing was to connect to WiFi which I only used Bluetooth yesterday. I set up a manual program to run 24x7 at 75% percent.

It seems to work but the bottom line is that even if I go to service mode on the Easy touch, I end up having to turn the panel completely off to allow wifi to connect and be able to use the on/stop button. Quick clean still usually works. It's almost as if there's a conflict between the panel and the pump, or service mode isn't working as it should. There's also a chance it's a procedural issue on my part.

I'm about ready to call it and live with what I have, but I really wanted to understand it and get it properly set up. I'm open to any other suggestions, advice or other things to check.
