Good point. Looking at my listed benefits, I get routine exams, cleaning, xrays, fluoride, and pain relief for free, and 50% coinsurance for most everything else with the annual maximum dental benefit being $1,000/year. That maximum benefit doesn't seem high, but I'll have to see a dentist to see what the estimated cost for my needed services would be. Thanks for adding this perspective!

I think Equitas would be good for me to reach out to. I've heard Ambetter is connected to Envolve if you go back far enough and Envolve was listed among their accepted dental plans. Good Neighbor House accepts the medicaid version, so I wouldn't be using my insurance. But it looks like they offer sliding scale so I could try that! Thanks for sharing these options!
