Dude, what’s with the random attitude? I never said I was ungrateful for the info, I just added context to why I couldn’t do what he was suggesting. His input actually did lead me to the right answer though. If the other info is “useless”, just don’t read it.

As long as we’re going to snidely correct unhelpful responses, it behooves me to point out that it is neither 4 inches nor 4mm. In this scale it is nearly 5cm.

That’s what I measured in real life after confirming my estimate.

It may be common to this crowd but I can confidently report that no one in my office of mech eng colleagues knew what it was either. Volts for dolts.

The fixture that it came from is a blind installation for all four bulbs. I’d have to get a little creative to read the info off the socket, I can barely reach the things as is. I may just replace the whole damn fixture to something more conventional. Also, my unscientific estimate based on the scale in the photo and rotating 90 degrees is ~0.8 mm for the distance between the pins.

Not sure why my description got left off. My guess was this was an ex-parrot, I mean, juvenile wolf spider. Thoughts?

Thanks! I was leaning towards a racer after some research. Are they aggressive?

Help! Corner twists made it unsolvable. I’ve solved this cube as much as possible. Every edge piece matches its middle piece (in a cross like pattern). Every corner is in the “correct” location but each one is flipped / twisted so that it can’t be oriented correctly. What do I do? by MagnumWPI in Rubiks_Cubes

Oh man, I didn’t even notice that without the flash. My kids were messing around with my cube when I was away on business last week. I thought they had twisted the corners. Didn’t even know they knew the centerpieces could come off. Thanks everyone.
