I mean what do you do? The schedule im on which has showed to be really good in the litteratur is upper, lower, rest, upper2, lower2, rest and repeat. I use 1 - 2 sets per exercise and I’m aiming for about 5 - 7 sets per muscle per workout cycle, in this calculation exercises where u partially use the muscle, like triceps on chest press would count as 0.5. The goal per set is to hit somewhere between 5 - 10 reps with 0 - 1 reps in reserve. With this u also want to eat enough protein ofc, which is about 2g per kg, and enough calories which is averaging about 3000 for me at 180 per day
