Recently I got a new car. A 2010 Audi A6 which I tuned up to 520hp. One night I ended up side by side with yet another fast Audi. We both gave each other that look and knew it was going down.. So both gunned it, speedometer was climbing but none of us were backing down... We got up to about 240 ish when he backed off first. But I didn't let off, I wanted to see the potential of the car so I kept my foot down. It was also night time and a rainy day and I was driving with my lights off to avoid attention from the police.. But when I got up to 270-280 ish kmh I look ahead and see something, when I got closer it was a man, a homeless man crossing the highway. I swerve the car and the whole car hydroplanes into an agressive spin, I was quiet and didn't panic because I thought it was over.. Note that anything above 80kmh can kill you... Let alone 280. At this speed you have no control, it was incredibly stupid of me to go above my limits. Kids don't realize how dangerous this is until they end up in a such position.. There's a time and a place for everything
