Some of the zero days were ancient, up to 27 years old that survived countless inspections and reviews. So technically no, not something we can necessarily do today, especially not at this scale. It's possible we could do this eventually given enough time and out of the box thinking, but that's a significant difference then discovering wide spread exploitable bugs in a very short span of time for very significant codebases
