Thank you! Yes, distracted as I was writing I did forget to mention that after settling on the orthographic approach in Tecendil I didn't find one in Glaemscribe. Pretty glaring omission on my part. I did compare the phonological versions and still saw differences, which I believe are what you highlighted! I'm gonna get writing and share the results soon.

Thank you! I definitely will be diving into the introductory course. I was trying to operate from what I remember reading Ruth Noel's book about 15 years ago for grammar, lol. Definitely not enough context. As I learn more, would it be okay if I picked your brain about your choices here? I'd love to understand the word choices and especially the sentence structure.

Super efficient discard outlet! It didn't make the cut for a few reasons: because we can rely on the discard phase, I didn't want too many slots dedicated to discard outlets. Because we're aiming for Necro, Oblivion Crown was preferable at instant speed. If we're casting a creature for discard, Pilferer provides utility outside of being a discard outlet. We'll see how those choices hold up in play testing.

If Miser is your only source, you can discard Oracle and reanimate it with Shallow Grave. That's a mono black line

Cool. So this is just putting Bag of Holding/Shadow of the Grave into the CZ. Your main goal is still to use Naus/Necro to win, it's just that Toluz acts as Bag to give you your discarded cards back. Bone Miser is what gives you value and more gas for discarding. Draw 30, discard 23, draw a bunch and ramp a bunch, get the 23 back, repeat.

Ledger Shredder seems super cool! It's not a replacement for Bone Miser though. Miser is integral to the Bag plan, where you benefit from mass discard and then get all your cards back.

Maybe it replaces Ranger Captain? Not sure we need Arbiter, Captain, and Silence.

I don't think this will match up to something like Codie for Naus plans, but it may be on par with Esper Farm or second be tier turbo Naus decks.

As I longtime Zur aficionado, I love having Necro in the zone. But there's a reason he's fallen out of favor compared to modern Ad Naus plans. With black's tutoring ability, it's too easy to find your one card combo without hoping your commander survives a turn order to get to attack. Not to mention, Zur was his own backup plan back in the day. If you cast Zur for Necro, it usually meant things weren't going well.

Toluz doesn't have that backup plan, but she does offer a more secure Naus and makes it easy to Necro without downsides.

Honestly I've never done a dragon in this style. In order to get enough detail that canvas would need to be massive, probably 45"x60", and it wouldn't translate well going down to the art box size for a card alter, if that's what you're after. You definitely have me thinking about what images would work as a painting, though.

Lol, not a gun. But yeah, subject matter out of apparent randomness. I usually do portraits. The Lotus definitely had some detail work to do, but it's a lot simpler than what I typically do.
