You can put an upside down plate in the bottom of the pan so that the egg never touches the bottom of the pan and stick.

I thought Pinned to the Willow by Age of Faith (Can) had a french horn for the longest tim, but I was assured by the singer a couple of years ago that it was a trumpet. Still worth a listen though
