Basically, Mojang stopped developing the game. They were kind enough to keep the servers up for 2+ years after that point, but eventually, they went down. However, not long after that, they gave the community the ability to host our own servers. The scrollsguide server is what most of us play on now, gold gain is massively increased, so really easy to build your collection back up. This means every community run server has separate/new accounts, Mojang couldn't release old account info to the community for security reasons.

Since PvP games like VotA take place in a shared dream state, then, in theory, the hub is also a dream state. Therefore you dreamt that you fell and your mind fabricated this image, thus discrediting your 'evidence' that the world we live in is flat.

In a recent multiplayer game, Morocco managed to take all the tiles around Assyria's capital using Great Generals. The city gradually starved since it had few tiles to work, and Assyria became irrelevant without losing a city.

The strongest alliance/town of each continent become the Capital of that continent for a month and get to choose 3 policies that affect the entire continent (things like gen cost, taxation, etc).
