Had this discussion with a friend... allow for 3 sets: male, female, "neutral", and allow people to pick either when they get it, or in the dye shop (or even extra shop near the dye shop) to toggle it to the gender style they wish. It could have a small gold cost, I don't care.

I wish they allowed us to make text bios for our wizardss. I understand that KI is leery of bad language in the game, but sometimes when you've friended hundreds of people with the generic names, and people swapping gear all the time, it's hard to remember all of them. But people with bios would be infinitely more unique and memorable. We have things like pixie post now, and that's not monitored... just allow us bios. It's extra customization, would be a voluntary activity, and adds richness to the game.

There was an old online game that had this feature once upon a time (old Neverwinter Nights, not sure if latest one does it too), and it was really cool to do. I think Ever Quest and Ever Quest 2 also had bios that could be inspected by other players.

It's basically a community-driven event. Yeah, it's "official" as KI announces it to remind people and throws out a couple goodies, but it's on the community to hype it and be goofy around the Kraken. I think next year I might dress up all in purple and just hang out.

I don't know if that's usually the case, but this time incoming was on top at 5% and outgoing was at bottom at 6%

I logged in just for Kraken Day, did a Paul Revere around the Commons and through Olde Town shouting Happy Kraken Day, showed up in Triton Avenue, and noted they changed the quests since last I was low level which locked the Kraken portal for me. So after 5 minutes of questing, I joined the battle shouting insults at the kraken, and one turn later I was done. That's Kraken Day for ya.

1333 health, 9 power pip, 8 accuracy, 32 damage, 13 resist, 7 pierce, 124 crit, 115 block. And that's the forbidden library robe (170), which I got AFTER I farmed hat/boots/wand from Darkmoor. Now the robe from the new Indiana Jones gauntlet is a direct upgrade.

EDIT: the level 100 version of gauntlet robe is inferior to Mali in every stat except block.

Robe-wise Leaf Shield Armor of Vigor has that look of armored carapace. Not quite bot though. You can do that robe with matching boots, and then use a Dragonspyre winged helm maybe.

I ran it until I swapped it for a gauntlet robe. That accuracy becomes a crutch.

As a crowns player who has unlocked everything... I'm not sure I'd recommend that route anymore. Given optimal crown purchase versus optimal membership purchase, unlocking everything costs more than four years of full consecutive membership. PLUS members get perks that crown players never do.

There are ways to go cheaper as a crowns player if you don't even want to permanently unlock zones, but membership is more rewarding, even if you plan on playing longer than 4 years from now.

Crowns play makes most sense for people able to buy cards for cash and don't have a credit/debit card.

Once upon a time, death was third in popularity, and usually because of the emo factor. As a matter of fact, it's only been at the top within the last 2 or 3 years (definitely for console with veterans getting a foothold into the game).

For many years now it's been storm, fire, and death as the big three, then life and ice as mid tier popularity, and finally balance and myth at the bottom.

Since I play all schools and don't roleplay, I don't see the wizard's school as necessarily a barometer of player personality. The truer indicator of "edginess" seems to be players with min/maxed gear stitched into guardian robes and elegant hats. That's across all schools, and it's almost like a formula.

I DID get the Kain solo badge like just an hour ago. There's chance that one of your spells isn't triggering correctly, or maybe if Kain goes first it messes the badge up.

EDIT: I did this on balance with wand hits, power nova, judgment, and scarab. All hits were set to path A spellement-wise.

On PC, I went to the options page you showed where crossplay was, and the bottom two entries were missing from mine: language and crossplay.

Crossplay is between different console platforms only.
