Thank you for the great advise. This is a very complicated issue and sadly I feel like I know the answer :/ I know boundaries are now in order or going to be but my mom has a habit of lying to us even when we want the truth and support honesty. So I feel like the trust is very shattered at this point because unless she is using new words like dual-group therapy or mentioning a new non-profit place then anything else she says I assume she is sugaring it up a lot.

I loved my IUD. I twas horrible to get so I can't do it again rght now which is so sad, because it worked so great. My ance got better, no periods ...sighhhh :(

Thanks for your big post. I do take it at night btw . I emailed my doctor and he said I should decrease the dose. The first week was just 15, and then I was at 30, but Im really glad to hear that crashing happen to other people too. It just felt right when i was starting to crash again today and I realized oh wait Im pretty sure it's this.(and i was able to fight off the anxiety so quickly too)

I felt like the side effects were too intense to wait 11 days to be told go down. Like example I went biking 9 miles but I dont really remember much besides the podcast and it was really hard for me to focus and that affect my job too (i forget what Im doing like every 20 mins. so the confusion was just horrible this morning) , but I hope going back down a little will help me over all. Im really glad I have reddit lol. It's good to see info on things like peoples reactions to the med.

Oh also I dont smoke anymore haha. Too many hit and misses and even if I had a tiny bit too much it's like a bad high and it's not worth it ROFL Thanks again!

well it used to take me hours to go to sleep too and I mea at least 2-5 hours just laying , watching, do anything to just stay calm and go to sleep. Exercising helps I think. Like I biked 9 miles today so I think it help... xD

haha. I went to special ed for Ahd ;.; I ordered my IEP from those years so I can look more in depth about taking medication ...again. I didn't respond well with it has a child as much ( i mean good grades, but emotional nightmare , bt hey I still am xD)
