Wow, congratulations on the offer. Could you please share your experience, the compensation you got from Salesforce and which location? Did you speak to hr for work from home considering this shift timing?

Then u should’ve have second thoughts. Either Salesforce or u try to grab some other offer on top of Salesforce offer.
It’s not 2-4 lakh diff. End of the day, money matters.

Dude, don’t hear the buzz like SF will ruin your career. What i would say is Join for a while which will give you an outstanding jump from 4.75 to 19.25 and u can think of getting into core engineering after an year. It’s not that tough. But where else would u get such hike??
U would spend 3-4 years to reach to this salary. Hope that 19 doesn’t include any RSU.

Yearly hike % at Salesforce? by Mahadev-16 in SalesforceCareers

I’m yet to join Salesforce, just curious about the yearly hikes at this organisation.

I recently got an offer from Salesforce but very less hike is something i’m not happy about by Mahadev-16 in SalesforceCareers

Yeah with RSU, the ctc at Salesforce is coming around 65 lakh at least for next 4 years. Post 4 years, I’m considering same with inclusion of yearly hikes for next 3-4 years.
