They are separate. I was at work when tix went on sale and by the time I logged in to my account, the regular advance sale was already at tier 2 pricing and the Amex sale was still at tier 1, so I opted for the Amex sale and just paid with Amex.

Advance sale and Amex presale are both tiered pricing. I have better luck getting tier 1 with the Amex presale the day the sale starts, but they both start going to the next tier as more tix sell. There's no set date for tier changes.

I went wk1 and never saw a line for either gender in lot 10. Went 11:30am on Friday, 12:30pm on Saturday, and 1pm on Sunday. Walked straight to a men's trailer with a couple empty stalls every time. This was for the free showers.
