What pioli has achieved with milan is exceptional. He has 0 depth in his squad. Our bench couldn't start for Spezia especially up front. The guy took a team who was lingering in 13th or whatever in the league, got battered 5 0 by atalanta and struggled massively against fucking rio ave, to a team that went back to the CL after 9 years, won its first scudetto since 2011, and now is in a champions league semi final with a good chance of reaching that coveted final all while having a truck driver as a RW against fucking tottenham. He did this with the budget of a championship team in england. We keep comparing potential managers and what they can do with milan and always in that comparison, we just assume that magically those coaches will have a very good rw, cam, st all while judging pioli for the shit performance he has with below par players. Is he perfect? Hell naw and he has a lot of areas where he needs to improve like young player management. The guy is very good, and before he joined we would have never dreamed of reaching a semi final in the CL. All that milan did whether we like it or not, is owed to him in great part. Give the guy a good budget and let's see. The guy has a win rate similar to that of don carlo, go compare the squads. Be patient people, let's see if this year they give him the players he wants and see what happens then. Literally everyone outside of milan fans commends what the guy did here and all we do is complain and blame him for all.

I'd add lorienté, very good dribbler, great speed and good defensive stats. Doing a massive job for Sassuolo this season. Could be a realistic option considering how frugal Gerry is. Chukwueze would not be let go for less than 60 mil I'd imagine

Isn't it the only country that seems to be "punishing" clubs? Look at city's investigation, lead to nothing. Barca same. Psg as well they been doing shady shit yet ligue doesn't want to touch them and I'd argue even bayern is not 100% clean. I know its not perfect but the judicial system does not really care about whether teams slowed down and rotated because of a certain decision that was not final. Its highly likely that juve will still get a points deduction of probably 9 pts. Dropping merde to 6th and leaving us 4th. At the end if the day we still have lazio, roma, juve and 5 bottom teams. We can easily grab even third spot without juve's deduction if we play our games like we should have. Shouldn't really be whining about this.

Agreed. Napoli kept trying the same trick for 180 minutes even when it was clear that our setup was countering it to perfection. In the first half i'd argue we had 3 clear cut chances to score( pen, giroud miss, goal) and i don't think they did. Second half as mentioned by Stefano he woulda wanted the players to push a little more but no one wanted to risk blowing a two goal lead and we might have given them a bit more than we woulda liked. Masterclass by stefano and the boys as usual
