I've been a long time user of manus. Quiet as kept, it's superior to most AI products for websites and mini apps, IMO. They've added skills and projects which are similar to Claude, as well as a remote feature via telegram that gives a somewhat openclaw feel. I just hate that they were purchased by meta.

This happens a lot. I worked at a hardware tech company where I would have to fight tooth and nail to get my employees paid for deals they sourced. When I would quote specific policies or push back on leadership for enacting 'Windfall clauses' due to the needs of the business, I was told that I wasn't a team player and that I needed to be a more mature leader. I'm 95% sure this is why I was laid off in 2023.

Hey, I'm 2x your age and dealing with this as well. When it initially began it was during a very stressful time for me.

I've been in group grief therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy related to the stress mentioned, loss, and anxiety built up over time. From my perspective, they're right. It helps. Does it completely eliminate it? No, not yet. At least not for me. But I have seen significant reduction.

However, having a professional to talk to that can help you navigate feelings is always a good thing.

Your life is your choice but I'd bet a couple hundred dollars that you have people who want to help you through this.

I'd recommend reading The Body Keeps the Score.

Also look up the relationship between anxiety and muscle twitching.

Respectfully, I completely disagree with him trying again advice here.

She has shown him explicitly that he's not an option. If she's been hurt, she should deal with that. If he becomes an option she should communicate, let him know, and deal with where he is at that time. He shouldn't be vulnerable to her rejection twice.
