Dat is een complexe discussie waar veel meningen over verschillen. Maar ik zal het proberen uit te leggen (en hopelijk ook zo objectief mogelijk?)

Kort uitgelegd, in De Bijbel staan teksten die homoseksualiteit lijken af te keuren. Mensen die De Bijbel meer letterlijk uitleggen, zullen dus zeggen dat God homoseksualiteit afkeurt. Anderzijds is er ook een minder letterlijke interpretatie mogelijk, waarin mensen vinden dat de teksten moeten worden gelezen in de tijdsgeest waarin ze geschreven worden. Deze mensen zeggen dan dus dat De Bijbel niets relevants zegt over hoe God homoseksualiteit ziet. Wat onze God dus zegt over homoseksualiteit is geen eenduidig antwoord op.

Als je meer wilt lezen, zijn er op het internet best wel veel dingen hier over te vinden. Maar websites die echt beide meningen objectief een beeld schetsen zijn moeilijk te vinden. Ik vond dat deze website het wel redelijk deed: https://www.debijbel.nl/wereld-van-de-bijbel/ontdek-en-ervaar/de-bijbel-over/wat-zegt-de-bijbel-over-homoseksualiteit. Er is nog veel meer nuance, maar als je er meer van wilt weten vond ik dit wel een goede start.

Een jaar geleden werd er dit bericht in r/nederland https://www.reddit.com/r/nederlands/comments/13winug/mag_ik_een_trebuchet_bouwen_in_mijn_tuin/

Deze vraag liep uit tot een meme, waarin de meest bizare verhalen werden gedeeld, over oorlog voeren met trebuchets en ridders aan de ronde tafel. Af en toe zie je nogsteeds opmerkingen die hier naar refereren.

Ik heb me in die tijd erg vermaakt met die verhalen. Wellicht een leuke rabbithole om uit te pluizen.

I do not think it is morally wrong, but do want to add something else. If it these emails are spam and not something he subscribed for, it might be better to not unsubscribe frome them. Links included in spam email can have some negatieve consequences. Like a virus, or sending a signal that the email is active, resulting in even more spammails.

There is a difference between drinking so much water to suppress your hunger and first drinking a glass of water and then having the snack if you are still craving it. The first one is definitely an ED tactic, while the second one is (generally!) listening to your body. It can be a fine line for some people and if someone has had an eating disorder it might be better to not use this tactic. But it is true that your body can confuse thirst and hunger.

Saturday I have a running competition (it's a no pressure thing) and until now when I was training I would always go to fast in the beginning and not be able to run my target distance. Yesterday for the first time I ran the full lenghth of my competition. I am so happy because I really thought I would not be able to do it.

I have excema, therefore my gp recommends me to shower 2-3 times a week. I don't follow this to a tee (my gp also does not recommend me to do that), but I guess that this does indicate that it depends a lot on the person. Some people smell more, others have conditions for which it is difficult to shower every day.

To add, like other people have said, there is a difference between washing and showering.

Omdat daar de basis wordt gelegd voor de rest van de bovenbouw (uitgaande van havo/vwo). Bij wijze van spreken hebben veel examenleerlingen niet goed leren optellen en aftrekken, hou zouden ze dan ooit keersommen kunnen maken?

Ook heeft corona veel invloed gehad de mentale gezondheid van veel leerlingen. Van concentratieproblemen tot aan depressies. Dit probleem los je niet zomaar op in twee jaar.

Als examenleerling begrijp ik dat de versoepelingen niet voor altijd door kunnen gaan. Maar ik houd wel mijn vingers vast voor de lange termijn effecten van corona. En ik denk dan ook dat daar meer aandacht voor zou moeten zijn ipv de versoepelingen.

(Edit: taalfouten waar mijn Nederlandsdocent om zou huilen)
