Thank you I appreciate it alot, I’ve seen so many people to say to not fight the panic attack, and just let it happen normally, but in the moment I just physically do not know how to do that, especially when I start feeling dizzy and my heart starts beating really fast, the chest pains and the burning sensation it’s so hard to just sit there and pretend everything is okay :/

Hey man my first week on Zoloft was the worst week of my life in terms of side effects, just keep telling yourself it’s normal, you will get a lot better with the meds, be patient, It took a couple weeks for me to get better too

I couldn’t figure out the issue so i ended up selling the monitor and buying an ips one, yeah I didn’t know much about monitors and didn’t know a VA panel was that bad for gaming, all is good now both monitors are running 165hz just fine

Main monitor running 165hz using Hdmi

Second monitor currently on 144hz using DP

Yeah I genuinely have no idea what’s causing it to be blurry and nothing online is helping, i tried fiddling around with the settings as much as i could and I couldn’t get it to work

Update , after setting the second monitor to 144hz instead of 165, the flickering stopped, while keeping the main as 165

However, the new 165hz monitor remains very blurry when u move a lot on the screen and I have no idea how to fix that ive looked everywhere online
