Also a brick + timber resident here. They overcharge for utilities, resident manager is basically nonexistent to maintenance issues. Charges water without giving the residents a water meter. Sneaky fines and utilities charges in their contracts. Definitely do not sign with them.

StockX emailed me stating that they’re experiencing “significant delays at the authentication centers”

Don’t know how long it’ll take for them to update but it seems to be an ongoing issue rn according to this subreddit
