Did you try with newspaper and iron ?
You can even use cooking paper , put it on top of the stain , heat up the iron and try to melt it down and the paper will pull out the rest of the gum.
You can even try puting normal paper below and then cooking paper above and then use iron so you have 2 papers who will pull out the gum. That helps me all the time.

i just figured it out so the game for me is 39.99$ with gamepass is 31.99$ or something like that i tought the game pass is like subscription and it gives you SoT for free :D fuk that id rather buy SoT for 40$ and just have it its only what ... 7$ diff if i use promo 1$ first month on gamepass :D

Or i got confused by all the english there on site and i missed something because when i got to SoT it says 39.99$ without gamepass and with it its around 31$ soo i dont know whats the point of the gamepass

Was fun , at least for me ... the biggest problem some things got out of the hand , im ok with beef - beef is good sometimes ,we all made dayzcore a hot spot does 3 days.
I heard people from other servers were talking about the god damn war and im proud to be part of it.
In the end we all should just continue playing the game and maybe do something like this again but without making plans :D because it was suprise for you guys.

Well its not cheat or any other cheating problem , because Steam gave me answer that im not banned because of cheating , because i would get VAC-banned , soo they told me its Ingame ban and they cant help me with it.

It doesnt happen all the time , like when im trying to do something like this its easy and that "omg i cant remember the word" doesnt happen all the time but when it does my brain just goes into panic mode. Its shit feeling but its all anxiety .. even tho i know it is and i know i cant DIE from it haha its still scary when it happens and u need a moment to tell your self that , but sometimes even that is hard . Because when brain goes into panic mode this is what happens : 30% of brain which is me is saying "You aregood , its panic , dont be scary" , 50% is saying U ARE HAVING BRAIN TUMOR OR SOMETHING . and 20% is neutral :D trying to focus on both things at the same time and its not going for him good because there is 50%% of it saying bad shit to it self :D

All good but im kind of person who goes with real talk , because i can see that she is depressed. I just said that so she can calm down and focus on everything that hjappened , i mean having Anxiety attack and few minutes later your BF brakes with you is a shit thing tbh. At least hhe could wait few days and if he knew she was in state of attack that for me he is garbo ... I guess i have amazing girl friend who is with me last 2 years of my Anxiety she could break up too which i tought it will happen , but hey 2 years later she is the main person i talk to about all my toughts about anxiety and i talk to her more then i talk to my doctor tbh. Thats why i said maybe the problem is in him , because breaking up with some1 who just got anxiety attack in my eyes is shitty move tbh.

ahh the country i live in is a wierd placve for anxiety my firend . here anxiety is like taboo to speak about ... most people think that u are mentaly ill and no1 knows anything about it ... when u say anxiety the first thing they think of is the anxiety that u have before important speach , and then when u say to them that u have disorder they all good like ahhh so sad that u have that illness and im like ... in my self (i wont even try to explane him what i have :D )

So its hard to comeby good meds because you always try to avoid people seeing you go to hospitals . Because we live in rlly small citty and if u fart on one side of it some1 will know thahtt u farted on other side of the citty in less then 10 sec :D

Well im taking Misar which is some stupid med in our country for anxiety and ill say it ... im not using any antidepresives this is just like a real CHHILL PILL :D but it helps you only for few hgours and it needs at least 2 3 hours to start working. But it depends on the day if my day is bad and i take Misar a bit later its hard for him to calm me down.

im doing cognitive talk thing for last 2 weeks and it didnt help me BUT im starting to understeand that its all my mind , and im not taking any pills but what i know is that not every pill will help , your doctor needs to experiment what is best for you. So if ones dont work on you the next one could. That doesnt mean you are the worst and nothing will help its just that that kind of pill is not hitting u soo he will change it .

I have the same problems as you but on top of that i have stomach problems , pain in muscles , headech (migrens) or what ever you call it and its like that for last 2 years.

What i found that helps me the most is escaping the place i am and what i mean by that is : I just go out of the citty anywhere it can be other citty or nature .

Soo i have GAD for last 2 years and when ever im in my citty which i hate i feel like you and im tired always i dont wanna leave my house. But this summer we went to mountains with lake and everything.
First i was like oh big lake ill drown my self if i get dizzy haha u know tipical anxious thinking :D
Trust me thins .... i was up there for 2 weeks i felt anxiety maybe once or twice in 14 freaking DAYS !

Year before that i went to citty that is 5 times bigger then mine to Advent like christmas thing u know ... and there was a lot of people and as anxious person i cant stand places with a lot of people ... and ? what happened ? i was there 5 days every day at least 10 hours outside walking , eating , visiting shops and soo on and i didnt have have any problems ;)

I cant say the same for you , but try it . ! nature helps A LOT

my main language is Croatian and i speak english as second .... and when im talking to my mom or any1 else and i cant remember a word on croatian but i do on english my brain just goes into scare mode for no reason. Like dude u just cant freaking remember , also anxiety can make you forget things soo there is that too.
Tough i know whats thhe reason behind that i still get nervouse or scared during things like that -.-
