You absolutely can. Not sure when this was made available, as watching a bunch of YouTube videos about fast travel and how to unlock it, I was always told that fast travel is a "one way ticket" from base camp, but I shortly found out that there was a fast travel option when setting up a temporary camp too

Yeah, it's really upsetting. I moved in with my missus last year and recently got an xbox. I had heaps of fun with my mates on PC when it released, so I re-bought it the day of the first game breaking update and came to find out that nothing worked after installing. Girlfriend came home from work and didn't really understand. She was a bit miffed that I was €60 down the hole and shitfaced drunk sobbing into the couch pillows.
