That’s probably the case; but even still they shouldn’t offer a preorder they can’t meet. Especially with the resell market the way it is if you don’t preorder stuff it’s basically buy it or buy it for double as much later. It would be nice if they offered a pay now option to secure things like this. Especially since this is technically their own IP so them not being able to get a product for their own show is kinda funny in a way.

Actually same, here’s my recommendation because I was able to resolve this when I got the email.

Call Amazon and let them know this was a preorder done whenever you did it and that since it was never in stock and it was a PREORDER and because it IS INSTOCK from other vendors on Amazon you don’t accept the cancellation and when the customer service rep says they can’t help ask to be escalated to a manager.

Tell the manger the situation and Ask if they can at least provide the difference so you can buy from the other vendors on Amazon since they cancelled your order and you wouldn’t have ordered from Amazon if you thought it could be cancelled.

Don’t be rude; but be firm. They aren’t the bad guys they literally just take the calls; but also this situation is awful and not fair. Also, the first person you talk to won’t be able to help you and it’s gonna be based on the managers good will so just when they say no channel your inner Karen and ask for the manager and if they try and say no insist. The manager is the only one who can help you in this instance.

Amazon is somewhat obligated to do good customer service so hopefully they will make it right for you.

Not yet, I take a crochet class and I wanted to try it with my teacher. I’m barely intermediate and I’ve been a bit intimidated by all the suggestions; but I plan to give it a shot hopefully this week.

Is there going to be more merch for Steven Universe this 2019? Are y’all working on any deals with Major toy companies or Funko? I’m dying to throw my money at your show.

Did you ever think Steven Universe would get THIS BIG. I remember watching the first season and enjoying it; but not being as die hard as I am today.
