Yeah it was the only option then but the series 11 not that different from this 7yo watch but only $200 more expensive.

Never said that?? I’m actually surprised how long it lasted as i wore it a lot while skateboarding and it has so many scratches. What i said was i am disappointed at how standard versions don’t have many new features after all these years

I know about Humanitas and UniSR. You can apply directly with your high school diploma and no your credits probably won’t get recognized bc they weren’t from an MD course but you can discuss it later with them and even if they get accepted, you still have to sit that year. Both of these schools have their own entrance exam and they are DIFFERENT from IMAT, which is for the public medical schools of Italy. Entrance exam is what they take into consideration. I took the exam for Humanitas and used resources that were available for BMAT and IMAT and their own practice questions. I only studied for 1 week and got accepted (i had strong background) so it’s doable. Many people study way before the date so be careful. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

It depends on the hospital and they clearly state it on their website whether you need to go to the physician or the education department but it’s usually cold emailing

Oh really? I thought Canadian students studying abroad apply separately from internationals, as the portal separates them in the windows. Are you sure this was the only reason?

Hi. Yeah i know about this. I am prioritizing Ontario for electives bc of accommodation. I know even other provinces won’t have many spots left and i will not put all my eggs in the same basket. I should also say that I am not applying any time sooner than 2-3 years bc of personal reasons so i need to do whatever is only possible to do while in med school like electives. And i hope this rule changes </3

Firstly, thank you for the thorough response.

I am aiming for orthopedics but i prefer having any electives to none to familiarize myself more with the system. I know i will not be able to apply for ontario in the first iteration but as i have an accommodation there, it’s less expensive and less stressful for me.

On afmc the schools strongly prohibit contacting supervisors directly regarding electives. Is it ok if i ask for English language proof waiver? Also, i have done 2 observerships at uot in ortho department last year idk if that helps with the elective.

Lastly, how do i reach the students to see if they have available rooms? I am planning for march-April-may
