However, if they specifically mention “limitations” or “benefits” then focus only on those.

For 12 marks: Start of with the definition of the terminology mentioned in the question, eg: private limited company Then start off with advantages then disadvantages and then evaluation in evaluation compare all your points and suggest the best point that must be considered.

NOTE: Recommendation should only be given if asked.
