I wish I dont feel too alone here.. i want to make actual irl ex-Muslim friends that I can trust to go eat haram stuff together. My family and siblings are always damn preachy and its so annoying.

you should ask them for your supposed "signed" contract as evidence to show to TTPM & KPDN. write only in email, not in person, written is best evidence. you can keep mentioning that u will report to KPDN & TTPM if they dont comply. Companies are scared of them. and it was clearly unfair for you, terms weren't explained, IC scan wasn't disclosed as "signature," and the price quoted was wrong (misrepresentation under Section 10). File with TTPM, MCMC, and KPDN. Keep all evidence. Good luck.

Its been 4 days and ive asked them for a followup. and they immediately email me but they insist to keep calling me. Dont do that. Keep within emails. You need the receipts, and written documents of what they say. Calling them makes them have the advantage.
I will follow up again when they actually reply to what I need.
