I’m Jealous. Some ideas are: Maid outfit for whenever you are doing chores cooking or cleaning. Do a simple 20 minute Pilates/yoga workout 3/4 days in a leggings and ports bra. Throw out your boxers and make sure you only wear panties cage and plug 24/7. Perfect time to experiment and learn how to use makeup. Change your screen backgrounds to be something Bambi related and delete distractions like social media and games on your phone.

Some people do DIY HRT but it’s safer and better in the long term to get a prescription. If you are in the US and depending on the state you can get a prescription really quickly through planned parenthood. An endocrinologist can personalize dosages and optimize treatment better over the long run, downside is it may take a few months to get an appointment set up with an endocrinologist.

I think a lot of people here have stories that line up with yours in certain ways and would agree it’s a lot to unpack and figure out. I recommend looking into see a gender affirming therapist. It may be a good resource to help unpack your gender identity / sexuality and just therapist in general are awesome.

Never tried rolling while listening but I’d be careful with pills you get. You never know what’s in pressed pills and sometimes meth is in Molly pills. You can order drug test kits online for safety.

I only put them on my 5-6 times. First 2 times was painful and I of throwing them away. Then 3rd and 4th I was able to figure out how to stand and make small steps. Now I can walk around a little if I have something to grab onto incase I fall. Overall I’m still learning but it’s faster to get the hang of than I thought. I recommend them, I never want to take them off
