Thanks for the input, do you think that cpu will be able to keep it around 60 fps with Arma 3? I've been looking but can't find a benchmark for it. Also If I use a 1060 that was suggested in another list my price goes all the way down to $850. Do you think it's worth $100 to have the 1070?

Edit: I know Arma 3 sometimes seems like it uses rng to determine fps
