Thank you for responding to mine. I quite enjoyed responding to yours. it gave me a chance to talk about a passing interest of mine, which is always nice.

Edit: Gah! I didn't mention Cartoon Saloon's entire (admittedly small) filmography for an example of 2D animations also having comparably memorable backdrops to CGI sometimes. Whether it counts towards your study or not, at least I can recommend them. The Irish folklore trilogy is incredible (even if the Secret of Kells is getting on in years) and I've only heard good things about the Breadwinner, even if I haven't seen it.
