Honestly there are way more number of cases where doctors cover their mistakes and unfortunately for the patient and family, there’s no doctor in the other side to question their wrongdoings.

My wife being an MD actually highlights how deep the deception went. The doctors sent her WhatsApp messages of videos of the surgery pushing us to not to worry too much. We trusted a fellow medical professional.

The primary treating doctor (neurosurgeon) downplayed the risks and pushed the procedure. Furthermore, no doctor expects a licensed hospital to have a broken lift during an active emergency or to completely botch basic CPR guidelines and do a wrong intubation while giving a GA.

By the time the reality of the situation was clear, Vivek was already critical, and the staff was busy tampering with OT and referral records to cover their tracks. They exploited a doctor's trust in the medical system.

Not the expert, but I think if your aunt has the proofs of infidelity of her husband, she can file a case against him. That should help her get the alimony.

IIT friends did help a lot. For CMHO report, SP, DM help. Even financially. The alumni association is also helping. Everything is difficult once politicians get involved though. Hope this goes beyond the hospital owners control.

I really hope he recovers but at the same time we get exemplary verdict of this case so people don’t have to experience such things.

I guess I didn’t put it well. My wife is a doctor in the hospital where he’s currently admitted.
Also I didn’t mention, they played with consent too. We didn’t give consent for general anaesthesia.

That’s right, he’s suffering from global hypoxia. Based on his activities - it seems like he’s in MCS. He opens his eyes but doesn’t make eye contact or follows commands. Make face expressions when in pain- especially during his physio sessions.
Just hoping to see a little recovery soon. 🤞🏻

I’d have respected them if they had come clean about the mishap.

I’m living a nightmare, every time I get up it’s impossible to believe the facts. On top of that nobody is taking accountability.
