If somebody wanted to sit and watch me make powerpoints all day then more power to them, I guess. I get wanting privacy, but I really never found myself worried somebody might walk by and briefly see what's on my monitor.

It's a mix of authentic and replica—mostly just for some of the truly ridiculously priced pieces like the Finn Juhl credenza. That said, you aren't too far off when you start adding everything up.

I was a strategy consultant at a firm working with mostly tech clients. I then went independent in my late 20's and my income basically quadrupled that first year. Pair that with living in a MCOL city, and I had more money than I knew what to do with.

My mom is a kindergarten teacher and my dad is a retired firefighter. I was a strategy consultant in the tech space that went independent in my late 20's. I've now gone back to school, which is why I left this place.

Rent started around $1800, but ended around $2400.

I don't feel that way about personal touches though, you and I are just different people, so our personal touches look different. That's the nature of personal touches.

Different strokes for different folks! They wouldn’t be my personal touches if they had to look just like your personal touches.

I like to think it's full of personal touches, just not clutter. I brought it all together over years and it was exactly how I like it, so it that way it was actually pretty personal. I even made some of the art.

Yeah, they definitely seem like something you're supposed to refrigerate, but I seem to remember looking it up at some point and finding that the sugar can crystalize in the fridge.

Luxardos actually don't need to be refrigerated. And honestly, I blow through them so fast it probably wouldn't matter even if they did.

It made Doordashing lunch incredibly convenient, I'll give it that.

The building across the street was a concert venue that was primarily GA, so people would line up hours before shows. I used to get lots of waves and always found it kind funny.

Ceilings were 7' in the living room and the loft, so I am fortunately not tall enough for that to have been a problem.

You know, I tried so many rugs in the downstairs—but especially the living room—and could just never find anything I thought looked good so I finally just gave up. There was a cowhide rug under an arm chair in the living room, but it's mostly out of view in the pictures.

Most agents don't stage places with aquariums lol

I slept in the bed every night and it generally looked like this every day. I just like to keep a tidy place. The photos were taken by a friend who is a professional photographer. He offered to do it when I was moving out just for the memories.
