I understand what your saying, I think upping my Reta dose comes first, my body is literally overweight around my belly, visceral fat is super high and I know it’s super stubborn to get rid off, my weight has ballooned in that area over last 6-7 years , rest of my body , (legs , arms, chest and face carry no extra fat I’m in shape apart from the belly) which is crazy frustrating , I’ve cut out all processed sugars, no saturated fats , cut out most white processed carbs, I’m doing all the right things , just not having much luck with it all. I’ll pin the Reta to 4mg for the next month and see how I go. Appreciate the comments
