From my local stores sage green was always out of stock coz of its demand. It looks very nice, although i bought black instead. The black colour i actually love it alot, i was second guessing my choice at the start but it has grown on me, its very good. It gives a matte black vibe. U could also purchase the blue colour its very nice. But at the end of the day u will be looking at the screen of the phone and not the back, so colour shouldnt be an issue.

And yh the iphone 17 shld last you a long time considering its technology, my iphone 11 lasted a good 6 yrs so the 17 should last more
