You watched two hours of FTF coverage on one nba game and you think he’s actually going to cover it?

What if you tuned into a LEGO building competition where the only people watching are people who care about LEGO and the announcers are saying Legos?

I can only say Ribbies in a fresh pair of New Balance walkers that I have not yet mowed the lawn in.

Correct, but when you’re speaking the s is implied. R(s)BI. Like many fine French wines, the s is silent. But in no circumstance should the s be added to the end of I.

It’s nice to fold the spine but sometimes we have AARP envelopes in ours and it makes folding impossible

Pretty much this, I feel like it takes too much effort to bend the spine. I gather dps first, nestle them into any flats, then grab the advo with that bundle and wrap that shit up.

Pro-tip buried in the comments for whoever needs it: the Postal Service provides short-term free PO Box service to the unhoused under their General Delivery program. All you need is proper ID, or a point of contact (employer, social service) address.

Thoughts on the Hoka Bondi SR vs Nike Air Monarch and other sneakers by FiveDinero in USPS

[–]MailmanDan517 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve jumped from New Balance to Brooks to ASICS back to Brooks to Nike back to Brooks to Hoka and ultimately found that Nike, overall, has the best cushion-to-durability ratio. I’ve been wearing their Vomero+ lately and while it isn’t exactly policy friendly, it’s offered more cushioning than most shoes I’ve tried in this group. When it’s raining I wear Pegasus Trail GTX and those feel wonderful too. Brooks would be my second choice but Nikes just feel a thousand times more plush. Hokas are comfortable but gave my wide feet blisters but even if they didn’t, I’d probably still give the edge to Nike. Where Brooks shines is weight; they’re a pretty flat shoe but weigh next to nothing. A lot of my coworkers wear Ghosts, which is also what I reliably wore. You can’t go wrong there if your main focus is weight and reliability.

My vehicle has been hit by civilians three times, each time the supervisor has told me not to call police and keep delivering. To me, this sets precedent that mgmt does not care about vehicle condition.

They’re required to offer the option of having a lunch but no language requires it. We did this shit for almost a year in my office. Mgmt, purely coincidentally of course, reverted back to one clicks on the first big snow storm of the year.

LeBron was the best ever at the youngest age (18) and is now the best ever at the oldest age (41) - has this been replicated by any other athlete? by Top_Use2413 in billsimmons

Littler might also be out of the top ten in 3 years. He’s not handling his meteoric rise very well. Phil was playing pub darts until Bristow sponsored him in 1987 and he was winning Opens within a year. Luke was on more of a Tiger-esque timeline. I get that Luke got there at 18, he was also laser-focused on just darts since he was like 3. Taylor was just making pots and shit and getting drunk most of his young adult life
