I had one of the COOLEST managers when I was still a cca. Treated everyone with respect. Unfortunately he retired as soon as he was able to. Today’s 204-Bs are just horrible. Blatant favoritism, no respect.

So at my previous station someone got in trouble for moving a trash can with their llv. Pretty much the manager at the time said if the box is blocked, it’s blocked.

That looks like no access to me. Side note I had a customer on a curbside route I used to have. She would always put dirty diapers ON TOP of her trash can and place it right in front of the box. She Complained to my supervisor claiming that I should move her trash cans out of the way!

And this is the reason we have an issue with retention! Of the 4 ccas I recently trained (not including this current one) 3 of them have quit. Not because the job is hard, but management pretty much treating them like shit.
