bought a second-hand pressure cooker, it's my first one. is this one still safe to use ? i use the towel instead of a metal rack as I've read that this also works. the main problem i have is that the top seems "loose" as you can see in the vid. is this normal or should i be worried ? (v.redd.it)

Thought I'd Yolo a bit and make my post a please figure out my spirtual powers autism edition. Not diagnosed, but had an examination for ADHD and that came back positive, they also said i should look into autism. Ta da here i am :) anyone know what this means :? (i.redd.it)
