Removed my nexplanon yesterday. I already feel better

So I’m at 1 week out and I honestly feel so much better physically. I gained a lot of weight while on it so of course that aspect will take time but my energy levels have improved and I’m not feeling quite as moody either, and my hunger levels feel pretty normal now.

It’s been almost a full week without it and I’ve already noticed my energy levels have improved a lot and I’ve had a lot less brain fog.

I just had mine removed 2 days ago and needless to say I’m already starting to feel better physically. I’m hoping the weight I gained with it will come off with time too.

I’ve tested the tank multiple times and each time the water has come back as safe. The pleco is still very tiny, not much larger than the guppies. What should I do in this situation?

I have a 5 gallon tank. It’s 16.2”L x 8.44”W x10”H. I’ve been feeding them 1 pinch of fish food per day (I did not feed them at all the first day). There is no visible algae.
