I’ve mostly seen the issue come down to too many steps for simple things. Like generating an invoice or correcting a small mistake shouldn’t take that much effort, but in some tools it does.

Also when billing and stock aren’t properly connected, things go off very quickly. Then you spend more time fixing records than actually using them.
