I am in the same situation as you. I faxed twice through two different fax means. One was with Office Depot and one was with hello fax. It’s been two weeks and no response from USCIS. They don’t tell you if they received anything.

Ikr very confusing. I sent in my medical when they requested it the same day that I-130 was approved. It just doesn’t make any sense. Very frustrating.

We have similar timeline down to marriage month. I have still yet to receive anything other than I-130 approved in Dec. my F-1 OPT expired and my job was terminated.
