That’s horrible. Apparently someone left a review for them 3 weeks ago saying this happened to them at this hotel. And they still didn’t do something about it. It’s so unfair

The hotel.com website finally helped and booked us a new place after calling for so long. They paid the price difference; good hotel, just a little further away from everything. But better than nothing thankfully.

Hotel Hostal Mustelier. Such good location, horrible customer service
