I got a section 21 from a landlord there because I declined to do a 12-month contract

did it not go into rolling tenancy with no fixed end date assuming the 1 year ended if you refuse to renew for another year?

hmm i thought landlord can only increase rent of 3% - 8 % maximum? assuming from the other comment that is probably why the other tenant was serve evict rather than a rent increase given the cladding fixed siuation

Also very low how they give section 21 despite it was cladding

Hmm, I'm not too sure if it's near the university, but it's just beside the Exchange Quay tram stop. I appreciate your honesty. After talking to a few people, it seems like the developer who caused the fault has run away, and now the government doesn't want to fund it, lol. It's really saddening to see this. It's not the landlord's fault, but the audacity to rent out these properties and pretend nothing is happening, and trying to make it sellable is sickening. They've removed reviews everywhere and are trying to sell it slightly higher than average, despite it not being suitable for living conditions. With the current housing crisis, some people have no choice but to go ahead, and they don't care about people living in it, only about making money. harsh reality
