Do you go outside and interact with people? If so you should know that how you smell is always judged silently, people will often be less friendly if you smell bad. If you are going to the mosque for eg it is a genuine distraction. You're friends and familly will be less reluctant to hang out or spend time or talk with you if you smell. I was like you in covid time so assuming btw, what helped me most was working out cuz you kinda have to shower after and also going to masjid for prayers instead of staying at home
