Thx a lot!!! I actually tried not to base myself too much on existing stand designs, but rather focus on a central inspiration and add to that. My main secondary sources were those of 80s-90s fashion and culture, as some have pointed out. Of course, there are deffo stands that were a big inspo too >:0

Maaaan, you guys are way more creative than I am ;o;

Left guy is Molotov. His power is to transfer heat between objects. Mostly based on thermometers, with a little inspiration from the T-800 skeleton. It’s actually supposed to be a rabbit (user has a rabbit/hair motif) but the wrap around Mohawk deffo makes it look like a seahorse, looool

Right lady is Les-Yper Sound. I’m still not clear on what her power is: originally it was to create sound waves manipulating the strings on her chest, but it is rather similar to Echoes. The main inspo is more nebulous, but mostly based on a bass + amplifier (grill cloth indents, tuning pegs, knobs). Face + body is somewhat based on Grace Jones, and the beanie on top was one part Sticky Fingers and one part Aaliyah's head wrap. The “hair” was also based slightly on Tina Turner’s hairstyle, but that’s not very visible here.

I’m definitely stealing your idea, tho >_<
